Bjork Construction Company, Inc. was selected for the Design + Build project of the 51,765 sq. ft. interior improvement in an existing one-story industrial building.

Bjork Construction led the coordination between our client and the design team. The scope of work included t, demolition of several, the removal of ceiling in several rooms, and the installation of a mechanical assembly line. It also included the construction of new walls for electrical room, addition of doors to existing rooms and the construction of new restrooms core. MEP was also designed to serve the assembly line.
