The Project Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the day to day management of construction projects while controlling time, cost, and quality of projects. Works closely with the superintendent on coordinating work performed by subcontractors and employees on jobsite and ensuring compliance with client standards and governmental requirements. BA degree in Construction Management preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience working as a PM for a General Contractor. Proficient with PlanGrid, Sage Masterbuilder or other construction software programs.
