Our company provides award winning construction including being named in the top commercial contractors for the year 2006 in the East Bay Business Times, being given The Best in American Living Award Gold Award for the Best One of a Kind up to 4000 sq. ft. Custom Home for the year 2001, The Gold Nugget Award of Merit for Best Custom Home 3,500 sq. ft. to 6,000 sq. ft. for the year 2001 and a Certificate of Appreciation for having our whole company participate in building an "Extreme Home Makeover" house featured on the show which aired on ABC in 2004 and was constructed in Livermore, CA. Also Bjork Construction Co. Inc. completed in 2007 a 20 unit condominium project in Emeryville California that participated in the first ever LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) for Homes Green Building Rating pilot certification program.
